1. How much is shipping & handling? Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 with free shipping for $50.00+ purchases.
2. What forms of payments do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major forms of credit cards.
3. How many days does it take to process my order? Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your items, and an additional few days to allow for delivery. *Contact us first if you need an order faster.
4. May I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, contact us, and be sure to include your order number. Please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
5. How will I know when my order has shipped? You will receive an email with confirmation of shipping and tracking.
6. What happens if an item I order becomes out of stock? Of course, we try our very best to not oversell or run out of items. But occasionally we may accidentally oversell items. If an item you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you about a substitution or refund options. If we are not able to contact you within 24 hours, we will issue a refund for the item. In this case, the Out-of-Stock item will be refunded to you via the method paid.
7. Do you ship internationally? At this time we do not offer international shipping.
8. What items are eligible for returns? - Items that are received to us within 14 days of your order shipment. - Items in new and original condition. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
9. What items are NOT eligible for returns? Items that have been: - used. - purchased more than 14 days ago. *Samples can be made in store for you to make the best purchase choice!
